The product was delivered to me damaged the first time. Fortunately, I was able to be delivered again the next day. I am happy with the responsiveness of my contact (*** I believe), very attentive. The product satisfies me but it is impossible to close the zipper, that’s the big downside... it immediately opens up, which is very dangerous for children.

The site offers free deliveries that are not really free. Right after the order, I received an email indicating that since I did not choose the option at *** that allows scheduling a delivery appointment, I would be charged *** per package in case of absence. My order included 2 packages, shipped 1 day apart which forced me to take 2 days off. I call that ***.

Aside from the carrier delay on the announced schedule, everything else went well. On the assembly instructions, some points are visible on the drawing but not explained in the text. Good quality trampoline.
