Delivery time too long with no precise dates, I have an order that was canceled without my consent and being notified.. so I received a trampoline accessory but without my trampoline :) super useful.

satisfied with the product, assembly in 2 hours nothing complicated. However, one of the seams of the spring protection (at the foot level) has already started to come undone. Order placed during confinement so extended delay but always kept informed, delivery ok. good product that seems to be of good quality and more robust in its design than Decathlon or others.

Material conforms to expectations. The fiberglass arch is no longer in one piece with an elastic in the middle, which allows for better adjustment of the perimeter of the upper circle of the net, by putting as many elements as necessary. The downside is that they seem to disconnect more easily.

Trampoline ordered on April 6 received on June 25! This is just pathetic. I made an effort to order French but next time I will order directly from China, it will take less time!

Product always conforms in quality to what we are looking for. Small downside, the new sleeve to put at the top of the net is no longer in one piece and I am missing 10 cm to finish the round.

Very good product, nice and sturdy. Despite a laborious assembly (the instructions are not very precise), plus the fixing brackets were not the right ones.... So the kids had to wait a few more days... Fortunately, the phone service was very responsive! And the right brackets arrived 3 days later....
