Very good product this oval trampoline, small downside - the green protection along does not hold well on the structure bars. Too bad, it needs to be readjusted. - the exit net in front of the ladder should have something hard on each side of the closure, it's a hassle for a 5-year-old to go down without pulling on the net which quickly deforms. - the basketball hoop is not great for the price, the attachment system needs improvement, it damages the green protection of the trampoline. But I still recommend this trampoline for a gymnast, it's ideal for doing flips and somersaults. Thank you

We found the item we wanted but the announced shipping delay was already long and was further extended due to an error in processing our order apparently. Other than that, the item meets our expectations and was well packaged.

Order in the difficult context of confinement. Delay and partial delivery, overall satisfactory given the conditions and good communication from customer service. However, the logistics providers for delivery are not up to par, unreachable, and not flexible at all. The second delivery was left in front of our door in view of everyone in our absence. The delivery person signed in our place, thus validating the delivery. Once installed, the trampoline is completely satisfactory.

Very good material! Only 2 negative points: Very long order but with COVID we can understand. Be careful, delivery to Switzerland is possible but customs fees and taxes are high!!! The rest is all positive: assembly is quite simple and the material is very solid! I recommend this product to everyone! Hello, So for the information, super happy, however the delay with COVID was too long... We received the package but it was open and the springs, bolts... were in another box and during assembly, the bolts were missing. We wrote to you to report the damages and losses but to this day we still have not received a response from you.

I couldn't order the right net for my trampoline and FT didn't help me at this stage so I kept this net that I adapted.
