Wait due to covid... no problem. The follow-up, a wait of about 2 months to receive my order in several shipments. A real mess between France Trampoline and its transport provider. The provider who comes without warning every time. The carrier who comes to pick up an order that never arrived and for an imaginary return... honestly a sketch and I never complain!

I ordered a protective cover for my trampoline and I wasn't sure I made the right choice. I still have doubts because I haven't covered the whole trampoline. It wasn't specified that with the safety net it is not easy to install.

I ordered a trampoline for my daughter's birthday. Fortunately, the first part of the package containing the trampoline arrived on time despite a late order. However, the second part containing the protective cover was delivered to another person with the same name, same first name, same address, "bizarre coincidence". After discussing with the delivery people, everything was sorted out. I recommend this product

I ordered several items but the site is really poorly designed because the cushion size is not correct, my trampoline being old. As a result, I have to return an item that cost me more than *** euros at my expense (*** euros!). The same goes for the protective cover. I am not happy at all. I am told that it is clear on the site, frankly it is not. The trampoline has the same name and the shape in the picture is recognizable.
