I paid more for fast delivery. But that was not the case. Only disappointment. The material is of very good quality. The delivery person, the package, and the material are top-notch.

I ordered several items but the site is really poorly designed because the cushion size is not correct, my trampoline being old. As a result, I have to return an item that cost me more than *** euros at my expense (*** euros!). The same goes for the protective cover. I am not happy at all. I am told that it is clear on the site, frankly it is not. The trampoline has the same name and the shape in the picture is recognizable.

Order placed in mid-July and package delivered only at the beginning of September. After contacting the company for information about the package because they are not able to keep you informed themselves, we are told that it is a special order and that in addition to that they do not meet the delivery times indicated on the site. After a possible request for a discount on the price due to the delivery delay, we are told that it is not possible. I therefore recommend ordering standard parts otherwise you risk being very disappointed.

In short, you can buy with your eyes closed and I insist on having been able to compare with many competing trampolines installed at friends' houses, this one is of significantly superior quality and moreover, this company provides remarkable customer service.

Hello, Products conform and of good quality. However, delivery times are really too long! Part announced as out of stock but deliverable in three weeks, received more than three months later. Two orders and the same problem twice! It would be better to announce longer delivery times, at least we know. Have a nice day.

Great product with this oval trampoline. It fits well in our garden. It is very sturdy and resistant for our 2 teenagers. We are very happy with our purchase. Small downside: the net closure does not go all the way down, which requires caution when getting on and off the trampoline.

And especially 2 separate deliveries the trampoline after 3 months and the anchoring kit another 2 months later... Otherwise, effective phone contact to get information on the deadlines and change a delivery address given the delay. Too bad the phone details were not changed at the same time as the address. This generated some misunderstandings with the delivery person....
