Very good delivery. The assembly document lacks precision, especially for assembling the legs and crossbars which is a technical step... Once assembled, we are completely satisfied with the trampoline, however, we find the protective cover unsuitable and impractical.

Simple assembly, one difficulty with the elastics to hook the protective mat over the springs. And the Velcro of the safety net that doesn't hold.

The assembly was tedious. I think you can improve the assembly instructions.

Due to Covid, we did not receive the protective cover and winter is here....

Very positive. Videos on the site for help with assembling and disassembling the trampoline are very useful for putting on the protective cover. Easy to assemble but it's better to have two people for a diameter of more than 3 meters. Very good communication with customer service. High-quality trampoline: my children loved it as well as the adults, hence the importance of buying a cover to protect it during the winter. There are several possibilities for rainwater drainage that cannot stagnate; the wind does the rest of the work.

The delivery was made in 48 hours and the trampoline is of very good quality. Note that the green border has a broken plastic hook. It's a shame because everything else is perfect.
