Excellent quality product. Robust appearance and very pleasant to use. Quite simple to assemble. Order delivered in 2 parts. Very long delivery time (3 weeks after the indicated deadline at the time of order knowing that the initial deadline was already 2 months due to COVID).

Very good quality trampoline but many back and forth to obtain a complete trampoline (error in the delivered parts, missing parts in the first delivery).

delivery time of more than 3 months we were informed but 3 weeks more for delivery is exaggerated ("your package has left!!" and 3 weeks later still nothing)

Hello, We are surprised by your comment because after checking, and unless we are mistaken, your order placed on June 10 was indeed shipped on July 16, and delivered on Thursday, July 30. I called twice to change the delivery date because I was not present that day, I was assured twice that I would be called back I am still waiting!

Very good quality trampoline, and many details in the finish justify the higher price compared to those sold in the large sporting goods store that comes to mind first, the one with the blue and white logo. Order deadline (delivery in June 2020) respected despite the Covid crisis, and assembly (with two people) without particular difficulty contrary to what we have read in some reviews. In short, nothing to complain about regarding the supplier and the item.
