It is very satisfying to find spare parts for a trampoline purchased four years ago. And it is also very satisfying to discover that the quality of the spare parts is just as good, if not better, than the originals. The delivery was quite fast and delivered by a serious and friendly carrier. I recommend France-trampoline to my acquaintances likely to buy a quality trampoline.

Unacceptable delivery, the delay of more than 2 months after the deconfinement I understand therefore delivery scheduled for mid-July, but after the announced delay no delivery, forced to follow up, new delay announced for September 1, so more than a month of delay, and another week after this announced delay on September 1 to receive it!

Small note regarding the remaining items to be delivered. It would have been desirable to keep the customer informed about the remaining items to be delivered a week before delivery, for example. Otherwise, very good quality product.

We are very happy with the ordered product but we were disappointed with the delivery date because we needed the cover for the arrival of our grandchildren and we did not receive it. But you explained to us that it was not available given the general context. Unfortunately for us. As a result, the cover has still not been used, what a shame.

Quality material, we purchased the Apollo Sport 500 Trampoline Pack. We are happy with the product, which conforms to the description on the site. However, we are very disappointed with the delivery: our delivery date was postponed 3 times without being notified. There is a real lack of communication between the provider and the customer. This is not normal. We can understand that there may be delays, but we would have liked to be informed, it is a minimum respect for customers. We therefore had to send several emails to obtain satisfaction. Very disappointed with the delivery.

Happy because I found the missing parts at a very low price. But very unhappy with the delivery time, order in April delivered in September. As a result, my children could not enjoy their trampoline.

Chronopost had a lot of delays, additional time taken for delivery in 48h, results delivery in 4 or 5 days

Too bad because everything is perfect except that on the trampoline we have a defective spring and despite the photos sent, the seller remains in bad faith saying that this is normal, not very commercial especially having received the protective cover with a month and a half delay! So too bad given the price of the product to end up with a bad note especially since sending a spring would not have cost the company!

Product out of stock, so very long delay with little visibility on the restocking timeline. Otherwise, very good quality of the product, and it's what I was looking for, so keep going with this type of range different from the competition.

Order still not fully delivered. No follow-up from France Trampoline regarding the delivery despite the promise to take care of it and keep me informed. Order placed in March, I believe... Honestly shameful. The delivery person came while I was on vacation... then without warning to come pick up an order that I hadn't even received. Finally, they delivered 3 quarters of the order still without warning by email or text to find a date. Fortunately, I was present that day... what to say after all that!!

Hello, We were delivered after 4 months, but I understand that COVID did not allow you to stock properly. However, upon delivery, some parts were missing. You took that into account and we were delivered a few days later. So nothing serious.

Quality product but issues with delivery tracking. A delay was announced (2 months) and was not respected. I called for the first time (after 3 months) and they could not provide me with information about the delivery. Strangely, it was only after sending an email threatening to cancel my order that I received a delivery tracking email in the following days.
