Very very disappointed with the green protection pad Ø 366 which tore on one side at the very first use!! The pad delivered with the trampoline was of much better quality. A commercial gesture would be greatly appreciated

No problem except that the ladder arrived well after the trampoline.

This game for children and adults is well designed. The zip line glides well, the position is good and the product seems durable. The cable tension needs to be 2 to use the zip line over a long distance. The kids are having fun, and of course, it attracts the neighbors' kids.

I also bought the protective cover which seems solid, however the 8-point fastening system seems light. I'm afraid that with strong gusts, the wind will get underneath and tear the fastening elastics. I plan to add some cable ties for long periods of inactivity.

Order made online, I was called to inform me of longer delivery times than expected and I was offered a very similar model but a bit more expensive, at no extra cost. Pleasant contact and very fast delivery.
