The trampoline is perfect. My son loves it. The screws for assembly were missing because the package was damaged upon arrival but I did not check the contents in detail. After contacting customer service, we quickly received the screws. Very efficient service. Thank you for everything.

Nothing to complain about, perfect service. As for the attachment of the trampoline protection, an instruction manual would have been welcome as it seemed to me that the plastic hooks were not suitable!!!! I still managed to attach this protection with a bit of perseverance.

An order that completely meets my expectations, the advantage of France trampoline is the possibility of having spare parts which allowed me to refurbish my trampoline for about thirty Euros. However, it would be necessary to place assembly instructions in pdf format on the site because going to watch videos on YouTube for changing parts is a bit tedious.

I had chosen a home delivery, the delivery person was supposed to contact me to agree on a day, he did not do so and called me when he was in front of my house. Being absent, he left the package in front of the door... I appreciate this moderately given the value of the package.

Hello, the order and delivery service were very well handled. However, I have a few comments to make about the product itself: - lack of precision in the assembly manual (=> we tore a tube cover) - a missing bolt - hooks holding the safety net are breaking
