A top climbing game!! Very large compared to other sites, heavy enough not to fly away with the wind, attractive colors! My children love it!!! Not to mention that you can add objects later (swing) at reasonable prices, it's really great! However, the instructions need to be reviewed!!! On the same step, there are two different photos that confuse us! Conclusion, I had assembled almost all the bars upside down so I had to start over to be able to properly fix the climbing holds! About 3h30 of assembly! Moreover, it would be better to make each star and then fix them together because otherwise it's really difficult, even for 2 adults. Really a shame!

Product completely conforms, however the instructions need to be reviewed or simplified. The diagrams do not seem to be the same across the pages, which confuses the assembly. A color photo assembly would perhaps be more practical. ;-)

Material conforms and assembly instructions complete and understandable! The anchoring kit is recommended for a stable installation that is insensitive to winds that can be violent in Aquitaine.

Perfect, product, price, tracking, delivery assembly plan very clear, I assembled the dome all by myself it's a bit tricky at first but it's doable I installed the tent underneath which allows my grandchildren to have my apprehension of the void 3 m in diameter and 1.50 m in height it impresses a little 4-year-old everything is impeccable.

In summary: by far the best. Professionals, patient, very kind and attentive that's how I would qualify your technicians and operators. Bravo it's rare these days.

Kudos to the customer service of France Trampoline! Following a delay in delivery, I was contacted immediately. Then I was kept informed by email. To ensure follow-up, I was put in direct contact with the carrier here in Belgium, who was also very responsive. The trampoline did not arrive in time for the birthday, but France Trampoline did everything to minimize the disappointment. Thank you. And most importantly, the trampoline is great!

Trampoline, delivery everything is fine. But... it would be necessary to add the screws that hold the metal arches together! The holes allow for this, and it's much safer! I don't know if it's for savings that this is not done, but it's silly not to provide them and not to include them in the documentation!

Ultra long delivery: order placed in March to be delivered in June, announced at the time of ordering but quite vague, so very long for a child who is waiting to use their trampoline. I chose to order the mat on this site because the photo showed an identical screen-printed jump4fun mat and the one received was marked France rampoline. If this had been indicated at the time of ordering, I would have placed my order on another site for a much faster delivery and also cheaper. Regarding the quality of the mat, it seems correct but the quality remains different, at least visually and to the touch compared to the original one, but too early to judge the resistance.
