Very satisfied with the purchased product. Our children are fully enjoying their trampoline. The only downside is that the assembly instructions are not very readable, not very clear, and not complete. Needs improvement.

Product very long to install. You must not follow the provided inclination at the risk of injuring a child. Way too dangerous for a child under 6 in any case. I went straight into the tree on the first use because the brake is too short, I fractured my foot, customer service was not concerned because 'the instructions are normal'

I placed an order in early May. My package was lost by the carrier. To date, 1.5 months later, I have neither received my item nor been compensated!

I understand your dissatisfaction, unfortunately, when a package is declared as delivered, we are obliged to follow a process with the carrier and open a dispute so that they can conduct searches. Why mediocre? Simply because I ordered an XXL pack and to my surprise, the order confirmation had the protective cover package crossed out upon receipt of the trampoline. Why? I don't know, no explanation. I contacted customer service, who told me to send a copy of the delivery note, which I did on May 25. But no further explanations. And to this day, I still have no response. I don't even know if I will receive the cover. And yet, I could have given 4 or 5 stars considering the quality. But today, I feel cheated. Too bad.

If you are referring to your order 164972, we apologize for the delivery delay. I see that the order was partially sent on 16/06, the additional bungee cords are missing. Website is mediocre, many items out of stock! Great trampoline but the delivery was pathetic! I waited 17 days for an order that was supposed to be delivered in 5 days.

A shock trampoline! My 15-year-old son, quite tall and sturdy, does flips in it without anything moving. However, expect a long assembly time. Those who want something solid must be prepared to spend time (and money). No regrets at all.

Shipping costs more than the ordered item. *** euros for a part worth 25 €. And on top of that, the delivery leaves much to be desired, delay, dropped off carelessly in front of our house, without warning. I am really disappointed.
