Delivered quickly and product as expected although a bit expensive!

Hello, The trampoline is functional, even if in some cases the diagrams in the manual are not adapted to the specific model I bought. A very big negative point that I invite you to consider: the stock reduction policy is not optimal given the very long restocking times. I want to buy complementary products (tent, etc.) but what's the point if it's to receive them almost at the end of the school holidays?? (and we are only in June..). I can't be the only one in this case... You optimize cash flow but surely miss out on sales.. :-(

Perfect delivery. A bit long deadline though. The trampoline is great. Some difficulties in assembly. The manual is not very detailed, but we manage. It is essential to have several people. Ready for hours of happiness...! Thank you!!

Super quality trampoline and rather simple to assemble with 2 people.

Product perfectly compliant. It is preferable to be 2 for the installation to ensure good cable tension. We installed it over a distance of 17 m and it works very well. The children are having a blast and the parents too (I weigh over 90kg).

I informed customer service with supporting photos that I found the shackles too small.

Having already purchased a trampoline from France Trampoline several years ago, we ordered new parts to replace some that needed to be changed. While everything went well regarding the order and delivery, we found it unfortunate not to have an explanatory manual for changing the new parts. Indeed, some of the new parts ordered have changed compared to the old ones and do not fit together in the same way. Positive point, we noticed that the new materials had been improved in the meantime!

Package blocked at the customs service of Reunion. Reason: the invoice does not appear; nor the sender (according to them). They are asking me to provide them with the product invoice, which I have not yet had time to find. It would be good to send it to them so they can see it; I don't know if they do it on purpose, but it penalizes me while I am not at fault, sorry.

Good quality product delivered within the expected time. Its assembly requires the presence of at least 2 adults. It would be advisable for the assembly instructions to include the placement of wedges around the tree to prevent the cable from injuring it.

We received the trampoline a few weeks ago. The delivery time (about 2 months) was respected. However, the carrier, instead of placing the packages properly, dropped them in 1 minute flat in the slope of our garage. The boxes therefore fell along the slope while the carrier was leaving. Incredible, fortunately no breakage. Assembling the trampoline is laborious (2 adults minimum for 1 day). Once assembled, the product meets our expectations, the children are having fun.
