Excellent product due to its design and robustness. The test of this trampoline being used by many small children without any degradation is a very good test that makes us express our great satisfaction.

Fairly quick delivery, good quality product, nothing to compare with an original tarp, I am satisfied with my purchase. One small remark, it was packaged in a plastic bag, which does not protect the tarp in case of tearing or otherwise; knowing the carriers.....

I recommend France Trampoline, quality item, and very well secured for children. Just one downside: the zipper for the opening is too narrow to get inside the trampoline, no support handle, which means that you pull on the zipper at the risk of breaking it.

The material is very good despite a missing part (clamp) The online instructions do not match the current model; the same goes for the main paper instructions. Main problem: the package tracking system is completely failing; I had to call three times to get information and make an appointment directly with the last carrier.

The installation guide is more than succinct, you should specify the installation height and the minimum or maximum gap between the top and bottom bands regarding the product I purchased.

One negative point to mention, the assembly instructions! Not clear as it is all in pictograms, difficult to decipher if you are not a skilled handyman! We managed with the help of videos found online.
