I am completely delighted. The purchase on the site was simple, the preparation of my order was very quick, as was the shipping. The delivery person was AMAZING in placing the pallet (heavy!) supporting my purchase in the location where I wanted it in my garden. Then the assembly turned out to be quite simple even if it still requires quite a bit of strength to put in the last 20 springs. The trampoline is very good, solid and my daughters have joyfully adopted it. In short, a very good purchasing experience overall.

Quality service Order of a new mat and a new net after 8 years of intensive use of the trampoline ordered from the same brand in 2010 France Trampoline called me following the order to verify that the ordered items corresponded well to our trampoline. Very fast delivery following this call and well packaged. No issues with assembly. The kids are happy, they can jump again!

The trampoline we ordered is quite large (390 cm)! But well, it's solid! A small downside on the assembly instructions which left us perplexed several times and resulted in pinched fingers, things to disassemble and reassemble... From there, to say that we can disassemble it every winter, I would refrain because we still spent 2 mornings... Otherwise, the product is excellent, the carrier was reliable for the delivery appointment. Nothing to report.

I had requested a quote to replace damaged parts due to a storm. The quote was incomplete so I had a bad surprise at the time of ordering. I then called customer service and spoke to a very competent person, which allowed me to only order certain parts that I really needed and that were not referenced on the site. In the end, very happy and the products are really of quality.

Difficult to give a positive review because the purchased fabric should have been under warranty. Indeed, the fabric had a lifespan of less than 5 years under moderate use in a secondary residence. Our previous trampoline lasted 17 years with more intensive use. The offered shipping costs are nothing more than a stopgap. There is clearly a quality problem at France Trampoline.
