For the delivery, you are not notified, and if absent, they give your package to the neighbor. I find this procedure cavalier and a total lack of professionalism. As for you, I find you very good.

Very good! Satisfied. However, it's a shame to have received the catalog with the comparison of all the trampolines that exist only upon receipt of the trampoline. If I could have had that on the site (unless it is there but I didn't see it) I might not have chosen the oval one but the rectangular one.
