Order placed by phone and confirmed by email. Order, shipping and receipt went smoothly. ***** I had a bit of difficulty stretching your protective cover over my trampoline's fabric and I'm still not sure if I did it correctly as I didn't find any instructions in the packaging and my cover is not tight despite the hooks. My lack of experience and technique??

Thank you for your advice on ordering the right size. There was just a missing manual to assemble the net. I had to search on YouTube and cut the old net to get the tubes out.

It would be better to make it with folding legs so we could store it more quickly and it works very well for exercising at home whenever we want.... The buried trampoline requires more work than a classic trampoline but the result is worth it. Long assembly but not so complicated, however, it is advisable to have two people. The product seems to be of good quality but recent purchase to be confirmed over time. A good customer service
