The trampoline net received was not the one we ordered and we had to pay for the return of this net at our own expense in order to receive the correct one, which is unacceptable!

As with all our customers ordering a spare part for their trampoline on our site, we tried to contact you twice before shipping the net you ordered, to ensure it would fit your structure. We left you a message in this regard, then an email, both of which went unanswered. Your order was therefore shipped with the jumping net you had chosen, but since it ultimately did not fit your trampoline, the return was indeed at your expense for the replacement of the net. Quality trampoline that meets our expectations. Once assembled, the feeling of solidity and robustness is there. Time and use will confirm or not this very positive a priori. Easy assembly but the quality of the instructions could be improved regarding the attachment of the hooks of the protective band for the springs. Note that the video available online was made with different generations of attachment for this protective band

Meh, At the time of my order, the basketball hoop offered as a gift did not get validated. I had an online advisor just after who told me she would add it to the delivery pallet, but that was not done. It's a bit meh.

Fast delivery and good product. The delivery by the carrier was tedious, I do not recommend DPD. Then the product is okay, except that for a 80 spring jump mat ordered, the one we received has 81 rings!! this is not very disturbing in itself, but it creates a wrinkled area at that spot. Not very aesthetic. I order from France trampoline to be sure of the quality, but I see that low-cost is present everywhere. Too bad
