The product was out of stock but there was no urgency on my side, I was informed from the start that there would be quite a long delay. Subsequently, the restocking information was communicated correctly, the packaging of the package was impeccable. Product conforms to the ordered model and corresponds to my trampoline. The protective net has slightly changed since the original model but fits perfectly. Quality material and easy to install. I highly recommend this brand, for its design quality but also and especially for the spare parts that are available even after years of purchasing the initial model!

The first net sent did not correspond at all to the trampoline even though the reference indicated by the manufacturer was correct. After reporting it, France Trampoline quickly organized the return and prepared the shipment of a new net. This time it was the right one. I think the problem comes more from the manufacturer: the net did not correspond to a model sold by France Trampoline despite the correct product reference. So a serious site that you can trust.
