Delivery within the promised timeframe, easy assembly of the trampoline even alone. Only needed help for the safety net. Only doubt during assembly was the orientation of the feet (facing outward). No noise when bouncing. Flexible. Appreciated by our 4-year-old daughter.

Excellent product and very good customer service

A few small issues with the delivery which was postponed. Communication with the delivery organization was a bit complicated. I was asked to choose a day and date but I could never access my account. In the end, they came at random. Fortunately, there was someone at my home since I was absent myself.

Working in transport, I can only note once again the approximations of Kuehne Nagel. The person who makes the appointment with you offers a day and confirms that the driver will call you 30 minutes before. I was not at home and 20 minutes away. I was waiting for the driver's call... and well, he called once in front of my house telling me that he never calls 30 minutes before. I arranged with the neighbors. But apart from that, everything is perfect.
