Fast delivery, but I was not notified by phone by the carrier as indicated, fortunately I was able to free myself to receive the package. Good quality product easy to assemble but the hook of 2 sandos that hold the cushion broke on the first use by my daughter who does not yet weigh 20kg (I am waiting for better weather and a more regular use to see if this happens again and contact customer service)

I received the trampoline 5 days after ordering it online (including the weekend). The package was well packed and nothing was missing. Once assembled, the trampoline seems very sturdy and safe. It's a good quality product. I also appreciate the cover.

Purchase of a replacement net for a trampoline "France trampoline". The longevity of the original justified the double price of the replacement compared to what is found in stores, as promised to be identical. However, the product received is much thinner, the base attachments of the net have no closure system and end up detaching, which leaves me doubtful about the quality of the product. I hope it will prove to be as durable as the old one given the price. Best regards
