Unfortunately, the delivery took almost a month. The site states 3-5 days, I find it unacceptable. However, the product is very satisfactory.

Delivery in a few days without any issues, in line with our expectations. Assembly took a bit longer than announced but we are two grandparents. Great joy for our grandchildren who discovered the trampoline in the garden during the long Easter weekend.

The original net became dangerous after 5 years, a child passed through it. Product advantage always available but big logistics delivery problem... More than a month without you even knowing where the product was. Then after several calls, the file was taken over by a competent person and the net was delivered the next day!

According to Mondial Relay, the dispute processing times are 30 days, so the reshipment of the product unfortunately took a month. I went to pick up the JUMP-UP 390 trampoline on April 11, assembled it on Saturday, April 16, contacted customer service on April 19 after Easter Monday for a missing spring. It is now May 17 and the missing spring still hasn't arrived...

We are very satisfied with the climbing dome and the swing ordered. Very nice colors and quality items. The delivery went as planned. One accessory was missing but was sent back to me very quickly.

Hello, I would have liked to have a few extra hooks to hold my net in addition to my order. Indeed, I bought a new net last year and the plastic hooks are of poor quality. I had specified this need when I placed my order.
