Trampoline received very quickly. Perfect quality, well-made instructions. Nothing to complain about, except that it created a lot of joyful screams from our 3-year-old child who is having a blast in it. By the way, the safety net part is really well made, there is really no risk of falling outside, unless we forget to close the entrance zipper properly. In summary 👍

No problem with delivery. Overall the product meets my request, but there were many black wires along the zipper (serving for its fixation) that were loose and blocked the opening of it. Manufacturing defect?

No serious after-sales service follow-up... Request for information for spare parts due to very violent weather on a brand new trampoline... No professional feedback... Reception in time of my replacement net for a Boost'up 390 trampoline... But the frame made up of several fiberglass rods is too short. I had to remove pieces from the top frame to try to complete the bottom one... As a result, the whole thing is fragile. Therefore, at least 50cm of fiberglass rod is missing at the bottom of the net to have something solid. Too bad.

Order and delivery were great! The assembly was difficult and very long. Quite disappointed with the quality-price ratio, the quality of our first trampoline from a competing brand seems better. Our son has already gotten his foot stuck between the springs because the protection is poorly designed. The basketball hoop is very much liked and the plastic seems solid to see over time.
