Trampoline contour mat received well, quickly. Installed on our model that we have had for over 10 years, still top-notch! A bit large compared to the diameter despite the correct item ordered but I think it will be fine over time. It had the same issue with the net when we changed it two years ago... Very good company, very solid item, serious and with spare parts always available despite the years!

I am extremely satisfied because I was contacted after validating my order to inform me that the product did not correspond to my previous order and indeed it was not suitable for my trampoline. For the quote, the technician on the phone and the delivery nothing to complain about! But on the other hand, the new tubes ordered do not have the same powder coating finish and being in construction and knowing the prices I know it's a matter of economy and for the fiber rods it's the same, I received 10 cm scraps to go around the trampoline and without string, it looks more like reconditioning and at a high price than new! Too bad…

Ordered via colissimo Friday afternoon at the cost of ***e in fees and still not received even though it was indicated that by colissimo the package could be delivered on Saturday. I request compensation for these fees. on 11/04/22

Effective product, but be careful with the cable that can get stuck in the slot and prevent it from working! It would be better to replace it with an aramid cord that is less likely to get stuck and will have a higher resistance than a cable. (e.g.: 3mm diameter in aramid = 560 dan of break resistance!) The product works very well for rope zip lines too! But watch out for the cable!!!
