No issues with France Trampoline, you communicated very well regarding the product shortage and then regarding the delivery announcement. I regret that the delivery person did not have my mobile number. I was able to track the package's journey but had no indication of the delivery date and time slot... if I hadn't been there, I would have been penalized and it wouldn't have been my fault.

Our system kept the information from your first order in 2017 and transmitted your landline number to the carrier instead of your mobile, hence the delivery information issue. High quality trampoline it seems (time will confirm hopefully). Only concern: the net attachments were not up to the rest (brittle) and replaced without any issue with spare parts. So very responsive and high-quality customer service. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Order placed in April announced for delivery at the end of May and postponed to August without warning. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism regarding the delivery

Hello, thank you for your comment. When you ordered in mid-May, the net was not in stock before 30/06, as indicated on the product sheet. In mid-June, we informed you by email that the restocking delay would unfortunately be a bit longer than expected. Upon receipt in our warehouses, we sent it to you without delay on 04/08. Order received one month late, incomplete, got lost in delivery, delivered to another department, we had to arrange with the person who received it on our behalf to retrieve the material.

Catastrophic!!! Impressive delivery time not stated during the order, had to contact them myself to get news despite the full payment of the order. Etc etc.... Very disappointed!!!

Net purchased as a replacement. The delivery was not respected because I had requested that it be delivered later as I was on vacation. It was shipped anyway, I had to change the delivery and go pick it up on the day of our arrival, otherwise the net would have been returned to the sender. Let's hope this net will be sturdier than the previous one as I barely kept it for 2 years.

The opening of this new protective net is less practical than the old one. The entrance was rectangular and not a slit. The net seems thinner. It feels a bit like savings were made on the quality of the product.

I am delighted with the person who informed me by phone before I placed my order. I am thrilled with the quality of the material received. I bought my trampoline 9 years ago and I am more than satisfied as well and I frequently recommend you. However, I am very unhappy with the delivery time. My order was supposed to be delivered in June, then on July 15, I received my package in mid-August. My children will have enjoyed the trampoline for 2 weeks out of 9 weeks of summer vacation.
