Order as expected, competent customer service. However, the parcel relay delivery service was mediocre. Item not delivered to the relay the first time but returned to the supplier who contacted me to find out what was going on. Delivery OK the second time with a delay of 3 weeks.

I am rather disappointed overall with the material itself. I took FRANCE TRAMPOLINE "one of the most expensive" hoping for a certain quality and ease of assembly. Difficult assembly of the base tubes and poorly designed, I can't imagine their disassembly. Plastic hook for the cover around the trampoline very fragile and fixed in a dubious place (springs), three already broken. I've had it for a short time. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. Everything is of very good quality, assembly is smooth and the provided tools are suitable and sufficient. The only negative point is the announced assembly time... 20min. It took us more than 2 hours for 2 people to assemble it from start to finish. And even if we are not the fastest in the world, it is clearly impossible to assemble this trampoline (octopulse 460) in 20min.
