Hello and thank you for your comment. When you placed your order on 05/07, the net was not in stock until 25/07, as indicated on the product sheet. We shipped the product on 07/08. Fast delivery (small downside nonetheless on flexibility, you need to take a day off as we only have a date and no time) Customer service with staff available immediately to respond to all our information requests (delivery, assembly...) that's great! I had problems with the carrier who delivered in two parts and the package from the second delivery had been opened and resealed by the carrier.

No issues with France Trampoline, you communicated very well regarding the product shortage and then regarding the delivery announcement. I regret that the delivery person did not have my mobile number. I was able to track the package's journey but had no indication of the delivery date and time slot... if I hadn't been there, I would have been penalized and it wouldn't have been my fault.
