Quality material, easy installation and shipment followed and in line with my expectations.

The trampoline is sturdy but ends up rusting. We changed the torn net and the bent poles after a few years and some flights. The new net is very resistant (it withstands our cat's climbs at least) and the new stakes (black instead of stainless steel) will hopefully resist rust better. We added cable ties under the foam tubes that have sunk over time on the first model. It remains solid and qualitative but what a price increase in 4 years...

Very serious site, the people on the phone are attentive and give good advice. Despite an ordering mistake on my part and my late complaint, they accepted the exchange for my problem, even offering to cover the return shipping and shipping costs for the new order.

Too bad my order is not exactly the requested item. The received item does not fit easily on the trampoline. When the children jump, the cords come off.

Very good product, however delivery was unacceptable! The delivery person left me alone to carry the 192kg between the gate and my garage, over 50m. I expect an explanation from you on this point.

Top delivery service. I was contacted to know my availability. The delivery person was super professional. The 3m dome is easy to assemble but you need at least 2 people. It is really great, of good quality and the accessories too (soft swing, hammock, tent). I am really not disappointed to have chosen a dome instead of a swing for my little 6-year-old boy. Low-quality plastic attachments of the protective net surrounding the trampoline, break easily, I doubt their durability with the sun, I wonder about the safety of the children!!

Trampoline contour mat received well, quickly. Installed on our model that we have had for over 10 years, still top-notch! A bit large compared to the diameter despite the correct item ordered but I think it will be fine over time. It had the same issue with the net when we changed it two years ago... Very good company, very solid item, serious and with spare parts always available despite the years!
