The package was not delivered to the address indicated on my order. The delivery person left it in the adjacent shop. But since the shopkeeper was on vacation, his replacement was unable to find the package. Upon the manager's return on August 15, I again claimed this package that you said was delivered!! In short, an order made in June arrived after August 15 and my children could not use the trampoline to their great dismay!!

Good product, good overall quality. We are satisfied. However: - too bad there is no protection for the trunks of trees - assembly is not that simple: we had to use a winch to sufficiently tension the cable - too bad the "handle" cannot be easily removed for periods of non-use
