Very good after-sales service

Honestly overpriced this protective mat ordered compared to the price of the complete trampoline. And this despite a small commercial gesture from customer service. There is a lack of a sustainable development approach. It feels like it's more profitable to buy a brand new complete trampoline.

Second purchase of net, the opening of this one is not very suitable for children as they cling to it because the passage is narrow for entering inside, risking tearing at any moment, this has already happened with the first one.

Conforming and solid climbing dome, nice colors, the accessories (swing, tent, and hammock) are great, the children love it. 2 climbing holds were broken in the package but were sent back to me without any issues (I hope they will last over time because on the domes we saw second-hand during our research, there were often broken holds). Impeccable delivery, friendly and considerate delivery person. The only downside is the assembly instructions which do not always show the correct overlaps of sticks from one image to another.

The received product meets my expectations. The assembly went smoothly with the help of the provided information. The delivery was fast and of good quality.

The trampoline is sturdy but ends up rusting. We changed the torn net and the bent poles after a few years and some flights. The new net is very resistant (it withstands our cat's climbs at least) and the new stakes (black instead of stainless steel) will hopefully resist rust better. We added cable ties under the foam tubes that have sunk over time on the first model. It remains solid and qualitative but what a price increase in 4 years...

Very serious site, the people on the phone are attentive and give good advice. Despite an ordering mistake on my part and my late complaint, they accepted the exchange for my problem, even offering to cover the return shipping and shipping costs for the new order.

Too bad my order is not exactly the requested item. The received item does not fit easily on the trampoline. When the children jump, the cords come off.

Very good product, however delivery was unacceptable! The delivery person left me alone to carry the 192kg between the gate and my garage, over 50m. I expect an explanation from you on this point.

It is really great, of good quality and the accessories too (soft swing, hammock, tent). I am really not disappointed to have chosen a dome instead of a swing for my little 6-year-old boy.
