Very good trampoline, excellent bounce, very stable; the nets are well stretched... nice visual, which blends well with the garden colors. The children are satisfied... the adults too! However: > Assembly takes quite a long time. > Delivery needs improvement (damaged packages, left at the doorstep... be careful this model is particularly heavy!) Possible improvements (but which do not change my opinion on the quality of the product): - being able to choose the position of the entrance on the net for rectangular trampolines (either along the length as currently, or across the width). - the ladder: move the highest step a little lower because its current position makes it unusable... (it is almost glued to the edge... impossible to place the foot easily... risk of falling) - the entrance to the trampoline is a bit difficult: it would be wise to lower the opening of the zipper a bit so that we avoid tripping over it as currently.

Your service in this case was relatively minimal. I would have liked an explanation of the price: the net + support post is at a reasonable price, while the cushion that extends the canvas is excessively expensive and I do not understand what justifies this price.
