The fiberglass arches were delivered and installed. Unfortunately, the connections broke after about six weeks of use. The quality is not satisfactory.

After review, you did not contact our customer service to discuss the issue that occurred shortly after delivery. We will get in touch with you to investigate what might have happened with your fiber optic cables. This item has been on sale for years and should last for several years.
