Very good trampoline, in accordance with its description and meets our expectations. The only downside is the 2-step ladder, but we could only put one as if some hooks were missing, so it makes a big step to climb to the trampoline.

Regarding the ladder, your Start Up 250 trampoline is 50 cm high and the ladder designed for this model indeed has only one step. The height of the trampoline was modified a few years ago, and the ladder has also evolved from two steps to one.

The second is therefore not intended to be installed and can be kept as a spare part.

We understand that this may cause confusion and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
