Customer service is okay although a bit unresponsive at first. No difficulty exchanging a defective part under warranty after providing photos proving the breakage of this part. Ordering wear parts was okay and delivery was very fast. The products ordered to restore a trampoline purchased 3 years earlier have been improved in the meantime. Friendly reception on the phone. Delivery speed, easy assembly, still need to test!

Excellent product, nothing to complain about the quality. Expensive product but the quality is there, nothing to compare with Decathlon products, Go sport or worse x products on the internet. We compared the details for a long time before deciding to break our piggy bank. We opted for the 3.60m model which is perfect for our 3 daughters. The only small downside is during assembly, when fixing part n°6 (vertical frame of the leg) with the T-junction piece, it is not specified that the holes allowing the assembly of part n°5 must be aligned. A little moment of stress. Tip: just use part n°5 as a lever to turn it until the vertical posts made up of parts n°6 are well in front of the holes. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to separate the pieces. By the way, the manual clearly states that disassembling these two pieces is delicate...

Service perfectly in line with the information received. The possibility of resorting to an 'installation' service would be appreciated, even if the assembly of the trampoline is, indeed, relatively simple: it still requires a certain physical strength.

The whole set seems to be of good quality with 2 reservations: - the quality of the galvanization has many imperfections - the ground fixing system is very insufficient and impossible to use if there is even the slightest pebble. Moreover, the straps and their tightening system are very rudimentary in quality and ease of use (effective tensioning means are needed!!)
