The trampoline purchased from France Trampoline is more expensive than equivalent ones in terms of dimensions from competitors (famous sports store) but also of much better quality both for the frame and for the bounce mat. The quality/price ratio is significantly superior in our opinion. The delivery was quick. In the end, we are very satisfied with our purchase and we would do exactly the same if we had to do it again.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the trampoline. However, the explanatory instructions for assembly could probably be improved, particularly the order in which the elements should be assembled should be clearer. Finally, the transport was quick and competent.

The assembly instructions are exemplary and the trampoline is very well designed. You have to pay the price, but the quality is there; which is very important for such a purchase. Fast delivery and on time. A few small remarks nonetheless: 1. The protective covers to be slipped over the poles of the safety net are not mentioned in the instructions; we realized this at the end, which forced us to remove the net. 2. It is also not specified in the instructions that two fasteners must be mounted on each pole. It seems logical during assembly, but it is not written; only visible on the explanatory diagram. 3. More annoyingly, the plastic hooks used to attach the net break easily, either during installation or through wear. I advise users to replace the broken ones with metal hooks that you can find in a hardware store.
