Just assembled, but you can feel the quality is there! (given the price, it seems essential to me). Otherwise very aesthetic, the kids are crazy about it! Impeccable delivery..... I will say more when my 85kg have tested the flips...!

Very good trampoline. Very well-made website. Nothing to complain about except the delivery: we had an appointment on a Friday afternoon. We waited all afternoon but the carrier did not come. We called and he told us he had noted the appointment for the following Monday morning! Too bad... Everything would have been perfect!

The oval trampoline I ordered arrived on time as promised by the salesperson who contacted me after my online order (longer delay than normal since it was out of stock). Trampoline easy to assemble, everything is perfectly explained in the manual. Perhaps a criticism about the delivery, I had to block a time slot from 8 am to 6 pm ... they arrived at 5:45 pm. I work from home so it was not a problem for me, but it would be simpler for customers to reduce the time slot. At least to know if they come in the morning or the afternoon. In any case, I am delighted with my purchase ... very good quality that should last for many years!

Very professional. The trampoline is of outstanding quality and we had an issue with the net. The problem was resolved in 1 week after reporting. Someone contacted us by phone, then confirmed by email and replaced the problematic parts without extra charge.

Everything is perfect: merchandise, delivery service, follow-up and answers to questions asked after delivery. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that when I ordered the trampoline there was an advertisement on the site indicating that we were entitled to an additional small trampoline (there was a photo with this trampoline). I had to learn at delivery that they were no longer available and that we would then receive a trampofoot. I may have misread the details, but due to the photo, an average reader should (or could have) believed that the small trampoline was delivered with the order. Best regards, ****

Jump up trampoline with a month of hindsight. seems to be of good quality (in any case better than some well-known large brands). we had a problem with the net during assembly. after an initial inconclusive call to customer service (feeling of being treated like an idiot...), we were taken care of by a competent young woman and a part to fix the issue was sent to us quickly. Since then, no more problems. we recommend this site to our friends.

My purchase of the Jump'Up 300 Trampoline Pack + Net + Ladder went very well, from ordering to delivery. The France Trampoline site is very well done with all the answers to the questions one might have before buying the new trampoline. For my part, I already had one before at a 'low price', but of poor quality compared to this one. Nothing to see in terms of quality and durability. The net attachment is very well thought out. The price may not be very competitive, but it's made in France and the important thing is to support our country.

I am very satisfied with the services and seriousness of France trampoline. Indeed, I was regularly informed about the processing of my order: order confirmation, preparation and shipping of the material (2 days). I received my package 5 days later (delivery in Alsace) and the carrier contacted me 72 hours in advance to arrange the delivery. The material gives an impression of quality and solidity. In terms of stability, there is really an advantage compared to other trampoline brands. I would make a small criticism regarding the ladder and more specifically about the locking system of the steps on the metal tubes. Indeed, the attachment point located in the step is not large enough, which results in the socket with the L-shaped groove not locking and making a complete turn. This is just a point for improvement. I do not regret my investment.

Very good product. Our 2 children aged 12 and 7 are happy with this acquisition. However, the instructions in the manual need to be revised. We could not manage to assemble the ladder correctly. Moreover, the gift sent with the trampoline to play with the ball is too small for the model we chose.
