I am very satisfied with the services and seriousness of France trampoline. Indeed, I was regularly informed about the processing of my order: order confirmation, preparation and shipping of the material (2 days). I received my package 5 days later (delivery in Alsace) and the carrier contacted me 72 hours in advance to arrange the delivery. The material gives an impression of quality and solidity. In terms of stability, there is really an advantage compared to other trampoline brands. I would make a small criticism regarding the ladder and more specifically about the locking system of the steps on the metal tubes. Indeed, the attachment point located in the step is not large enough, which results in the socket with the L-shaped groove not locking and making a complete turn. This is just a point for improvement. I do not regret my investment.
