Very satisfied with the product, my children won't leave the trampoline. A little difficulty with the delivery, no call to set an appointment, but very well managed after calling the concerned services.

Delivery was quite fast, once the restocking was done. For assembly, if you follow the instructions well, it's quite easy.

We are delighted with the quality of the trampoline. However, we are quite disappointed with the carrier with whom we had made an appointment and who came at a completely different time of the day. (appointment made for the afternoon and came in the morning at 10 am). At the second appointment, it was because a neighbor ran after the carrier that the delivery could take place. The delivery person was not very motivated to make this delivery.
