The delivery had a problem: the delivery person only contacted us once in front of our gate, at 2 PM in the middle of a working day... There should either be an email beforehand informing us of the delivery time, or a call at least 4 hours in advance.

It was good and arrived on time before Easter.

Speed for delivery, no problem. Technician's advice obtained quickly.

The search could be more intuitive. Nothing to say about the rest, payment, delivery, packaging, and product. Perfect!

Excellent service, fast delivery split into two because the second item had a different delivery time. Arrangement facilitated with the carrier to match our schedules and the time was respected in the fixed time slot. (between 9 AM and 10 AM, the delivery person was there at 9:30 AM)

I am very satisfied with the delivery time, trampoline ordered on Thursday evening, delivered on Wednesday morning. I give 4 stars because during assembly, we had a crushed tube which hindered us in assembling the structure. Fortunately, with a few hammer blows, we were able to fit the two pieces together... I will leave another review in a few months to assess the sturdiness against the weather (spring protection cover, net, faded color or not, etc...)
