good quality jump trampoline even if quite complicated to assemble. on the other hand, bad point for the delivery. first appointment, ok, but the carrier does not come and does not warn. I have to call. second appointment made. the carrier comes in the morning and not in the afternoon as agreed. in short, organization to be reviewed. it's a shame.

Very satisfied with France Trampoline, both for the quality of the product (which must be evaluated over time), and the quality and speed of product shipment. The email notifying the number of packages as well as the measurements to take upon receipt is very reassuring. Order placed on Monday, trampoline received on Friday (due to appointment for receipt). I found the phone contact perfect, the deadlines perfect, although I had a small issue with the carrier for my second order.. I think you should specify that when changing a tarp, it is preferable to change the springs at the same time. I believe I remember that the spare parts were not printed in the catalog you offer

The only thing we really missed was more explanations on the assembly instructions for our safety net. 'Real' photos would help us understand in a more concrete way the method to use to assemble the net from start to finish. Otherwise, the contacts are very competent and very friendly.

The delivered material is more beautiful than in the photos on the site, of very good quality, very well packaged. The essential instructions are well written. One part had a slight defect: a female tube missing a hole to engage the safety of the male tube (safety net). For even more convenience, a small assembly video on the site would be welcome.
