Clear site, full of information to make your choice. It's a shame that the delivery took several weeks - a victim of its success? The trampoline once assembled lives up to all its promises of fun for the kids! It looks solid, even if some machined parts were not quite adjusted, making it quite difficult to assemble.

Nothing to report, fast delay, compliant product.

Material delivered quickly. Seems very solid. The assembly instructions could be more explicit for some details (but we managed to assemble it well).

Excellent pre-sales contact, very precise and really attentive: does not try to sell the most but to sell the best suited to the customer situation. Very good also in after-sales. Material of very good quality. Should withstand the elements. The whole family enjoys it with joy. Improvement point on the inner closure by Velcro: not sure it will last over time, impossible to close by children under 8 years old and difficult for others (you have to pull on the net while crossing your arms to stretch it enough).

Nothing to complain about except for a problem with the delivery due to the original packaging. We'll see later if the problem will be resolved by the company.

A quality product but a longer assembly time than communicated.

The oval trampoline I ordered arrived on time as promised by the salesperson who contacted me after my online order (longer delay than normal since it was out of stock). Trampoline easy to assemble, everything is perfectly explained in the manual. Perhaps a criticism about the delivery, I had to block a time slot from 8 am to 6 pm ... they arrived at 5:45 pm. I work from home so it was not a problem for me, but it would be simpler for customers to reduce the time slot. At least to know if they come in the morning or the afternoon. In any case, I am delighted with my purchase ... very good quality that should last for many years!

Following a long delivery delay I appreciated the gesture from France Trampoline. The product is in line with what I expected.

Very professional. The trampoline is of outstanding quality and we had an issue with the net. The problem was resolved in 1 week after reporting. Someone contacted us by phone, then confirmed by email and replaced the problematic parts without extra charge.

Very good for everything

Everything is perfect: merchandise, delivery service, follow-up and answers to questions asked after delivery. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that when I ordered the trampoline there was an advertisement on the site indicating that we were entitled to an additional small trampoline (there was a photo with this trampoline). I had to learn at delivery that they were no longer available and that we would then receive a trampofoot. I may have misread the details, but due to the photo, an average reader should (or could have) believed that the small trampoline was delivered with the order. Best regards, ****
