Jump up trampoline with a month of hindsight. seems to be of good quality (in any case better than some well-known large brands). we had a problem with the net during assembly. after an initial inconclusive call to customer service (feeling of being treated like an idiot...), we were taken care of by a competent young woman and a part to fix the issue was sent to us quickly. Since then, no more problems. we recommend this site to our friends.

My purchase of the Jump'Up 300 Trampoline Pack + Net + Ladder went very well, from ordering to delivery. The France Trampoline site is very well done with all the answers to the questions one might have before buying the new trampoline. For my part, I already had one before at a 'low price', but of poor quality compared to this one. Nothing to see in terms of quality and durability. The net attachment is very well thought out. The price may not be very competitive, but it's made in France and the important thing is to support our country.

Very good product. Our 2 children aged 12 and 7 are happy with this acquisition. However, the instructions in the manual need to be revised. We could not manage to assemble the ladder correctly. Moreover, the gift sent with the trampoline to play with the ball is too small for the model we chose.

France Trampoline: a very reliable site. Our trampoline was no longer available at the time of our order and the indicated deadlines turned out to be accurate. The delivery went perfectly. The carrier contacted us more than 72 hours in advance to set up an appointment. The assembly of the trampoline was quick (less than 2 hours with 3 people). Our children have been testing it every day since... Very good value for money.

Hello, When my trampoline was delivered, I had ordered an anchoring kit at the same time. It was not delivered at the same time. The quality of the supplied material is good. However, we have a small issue because the ground anchoring kit was not provided. It was not mentioned on the delivery note, my wife sent you a message this weekend raising the issue as the money for the kit has been cashed.

Pleasant and professional phone reception. Material provided is of excellent quality. One remark though: The protective net purchased to replace the old one has a zipper this time reinforced at the seams BUT unfortunately is smaller than previously and unfortunately my children have grown!! So folding it in four to fit into the trampoline!! So there is improvement and less. But the quality is there and that's the main thing!!

I took the Whaou 360 pack..... and we are fully satisfied. Very fast delivery I was informed of the package's departure by phone: very good follow-up. For assembly: we managed very easily with two in ... almost 2 hours The trampoline seems very solid and the finishes are very good.
