Excellent quality trampoline, easy to assemble (with two people). The kids love it. Everything arrived on time, well packaged. The only downside is that the delivery person left everything on the road, at the bottom of our house. We had to unpack all the packages to bring everything up to the house (house in the mountains).

1st contact very good FT, product compliant and top quality. Read the instructions well and you will save time. 1st and 2nd contact with the delivery person top My only downside: a not-so-great driver during delivery but FT can't do anything about that!! I recommend this site and its products with my eyes closed.

the trampoline is well made, too bad the instructions are not more explicit.

I am very happy with my purchase (jump up 300), it is of very good quality. No delivery problems, delivered on time. Only downside: I bought a protective skirt and I find it a bit expensive.

Quality material that meets our expectations. It would have been preferable for the carrier to contact us 72 hours in advance as planned instead of notifying us on the day of delivery.

I bought the Jump up 250 trampoline and I am delighted with my purchase! it inspires confidence with its solidity and stability. Nothing to compare with other brands found in supermarkets... the cushions are thick and the net is well stretched. Well designed for simple assembly. (2 people) In short, my children love it!!!! and I do too, I admit!! Certainly it is more expensive than what you can find in supermarkets but it is worth it for the quality and durability!

Super!!! The assembly was a great moment, the whole family pitched in, from 9 months (1st test of the fabric) to 70 years, reading the plan, not always well inspired ;-) we got our arms tired stretching the last springs, but the result is beyond our dreams!

Fast delivery and perfect packaging. The assembly was done by a handyman assisted by several helpers. Two hours! So if I had to assemble it, it would have taken me the whole day for sure!! Maximum safety/good quality but we will see in use (in a year...)

Very good product. This is the second time I order.

Simple assembly, successfully done alone until the installation of the rigid tube at the top of the net. By the way, we couldn't manage to assemble the net with the tube completely fitted inside. Maybe it is too short... Despite this issue, the quality is there: Robust material and even rather aesthetic. The price of our trampoline jump up 360 seems well justified. Our 3 children and we, parents, are enjoying it a lot.

Regarding the delivery, I have nothing to say..... the phone contacts are very good.. I haven't opened the material yet because the weather doesn't allow it. Only small complaint, the transport appointments are very broad, you have to stay home all day. A tighter time slot would be great..
