I highly recommend France Trampoline, a very serious company with exceptional service quality, transport, and equipment. For our Jump'up 360 trampoline, it works wonderfully, our daughter plays on it safely. We also tried it, the bounce is very nice and the reliability is there. A technical point to improve would be to have factory-marked references for the assembly of the mat to avoid mistakes in the order of the springs. Finally, I can tell you that in our housing estate, we have noticed other trampolines from your company. Highly recommended without fail.

I was not contacted to arrange a delivery appointment. One day, the delivery person came unexpectedly and called me because he was in front of my house and there was no one there. I do not find this method very serious. Especially since the site states that a second delivery attempt will be charged. As for the quality of the trampoline, I am completely satisfied.

Quality product in line with our expectations. It is advisable to read the assembly instructions thoroughly before starting, this avoids having to redo everything. Our little one is over the moon, and so are we. Thank you.

The parts provided by the after-sales service do not fit well with the old model of trampoline. The springs had to be forced into the arches, the cap of the net pole does not have the same diameter as the pole at all. Moreover, it is difficult to make this situation understood to our contact at France trampoline despite explanations and photos provided. I feel like we are being mocked because I cannot believe they are so unaware of the products.

Perfect. Fast delivery in good conditions. The parts are designed to last, well finished. Easy assembly as stated in the instructions. The sturdiness of the whole with its protective net inspires confidence. Two remarks for the next edition of the instructions: Perhaps there is a lack of precision at step 2 point B regarding the position of the foot extension tube (n°6) so that when inserting the W foot base, the fixing pin fits well into the designated spot in the foot extension tube. As a result, we had to test the precious advice of the metal bar to unstick the T-joint piece! For the assembly of the feet, we followed the text by connecting two elements of the octagon, and not the image in fig. 3 which does not conform to the text, it seemed to us.
