Apart from a few minor design flaws, I am very satisfied with the service provided by France Trampoline. The trampofoot arrived slightly damaged, the after-sales service had no difficulty and quickly sent me another one. The materials used are of good quality, but I do not give 5 stars due to small design errors like the protective socks for the posts which have a hole too small to go over the top of the post, so we have to mount them upside down by putting them in from the bottom. The hoop of the net is a bit too small and the elements come apart, I think that in the medium term the friction of these dislodged elements with the sleeve will tear it. Aside from these drawbacks, assembly is not complicated, one adult and one child are sufficient. A good quality-price ratio, which easily surpasses the cheaper Chinese production.
