Very good product nothing to complain about, everything is of good quality. We are happy to have bought it on this site, nothing to compare with MADE IN CHINA products, even *** However, I strongly advise to take the anchoring kit, because I did not take it and our trampoline flew away 6 days after setting it up.

Respect for delivery time, announced as long at the time of order but with precise deadlines. Expected product quality. Only problem: the size of the product is a bit too large compared to the circumference of the trampoline, but no real surprise as this risk was anticipated when reading the information in the catalog and the characteristics of the trampoline already owned: there was a doubt about the similarity of the measurements!

The site is very well done, the product is satisfactory and easy to assemble and the deadlines were respected. The small downside is not related to your company, but to the carrier, who offers a very wide time slot for the delivery of the goods (this requires organization for a whole day - 9am to 4pm, whereas it could be limited to half a day, or even call 1 hour in advance).

well received my items except that the waiting time was exceeded so you sent me some items anyway and the last item arrived well!! I know it costs for shipping but when an item is missing it penalizes the others!! shipping costs are expensive! too bad you need a certain amount to get free shipping! we don't always need to buy several things it's a shame sincerely Mrs. Simon

fast delivery, assembly quite simple but the technical sheet lacks detail like for the trampoline legs, you need to align the holes well to clip the legs to the ground. Very good quality material, good bounce, it brings joy to both adults and children.

Quality product matching the description, apparently of good quality to be confirmed in a year. However, the instruction manual was written by someone who has never assembled this type of product (3m60). Major errors or omissions were noted which caused many difficulties during assembly.

Good ability to supply spare parts (in this case a trampoline mat). BUT: when ordering, I was told delivery within 5 days. Once the order was placed (and paid), I received an email saying 'in restocking' without any indication of a provisional delivery date! Then, good surprise, a few days later an email announces that the package is being prepared. Couldn't this delay have been indicated to me at the time of the order?

I am very satisfied with France trampoline, I had a very efficient phone contact, my requests were respected. However, I am quite unhappy with the carrier who did not deliver on the announced day: we lost an entire day waiting for a delivery that never arrived.

Perfect from A to Z. I had to call for information, very well received. The transport was top-notch, be careful, for the assembly of the trampoline which still requires half a day for two, and especially you need to watch the video on the site which is very well made. I would probably have taken less time to assemble it. ***
