Very good customer service, protective cover changed (torn just before the warranty expired - trampoline assembled in a place highly exposed to wind) for a model with additional fixing straps to prevent the problem from recurring.

Satisfied with the delivery service completely within the deadlines and adapted to our availability. Completely satisfied with the quality of the trampoline Wow 3.90. where we are enjoying with our daughter. Very good frame, very good jumping mat. One remark however on the assembly instructions regarding the assembly of the frame: better specify the order of assembly of the first elements to ensure the alignment of the holes with the notches, otherwise you have to disassemble elements adjusted a bit forcefully if you haven't aligned everything well. A bit disappointed with the average quality of small elements: U-clamp system with nut for fixing net poles with feet, adjustment system for anchoring straps and plastic stop elements for the steps of the ladder.

The order was placed on Monday, delivered on Friday afternoon. Upon unpacking, we could only congratulate ourselves for choosing this item from France Trampoline. Sturdy, extremely detailed assembly instructions (for 2) and the extreme joy of the first user (4 years old) and their family(!) secured by a net worthy of a circus tent!!
