We were very satisfied with our trampoline and the children are delighted, we have 3 boys aged 13-10-2 years. The delivery was only one day late so we are satisfied. Regarding the assembly, it was a bit more difficult, the assembly instructions should be revised and especially indicate the location of the springs with colors to avoid wasting time. As for the quality, nothing to compare with those sold in Decathlon or other stores. You can buy with your eyes closed.

Nothing to say, impeccable. Very fast delivery, careful packaging. We opted for the oxygen model 3m60. My daughter is having a blast and I admit, the parents too. This model is very secure thanks to the positioning of the net before the springs. The trampoline seems really very robust. Let's not kid ourselves, we bought it for us parents too and I was afraid that 3m60 would feel small but in fact it's already more than enough...

Already 1 month of intensive use by the whole family and it's pure happiness! During installation, we noticed a tear on the jumping mat and a new mat was immediately sent to us. We are therefore very satisfied with the product and the customer service. Nothing to complain about.

Product quality satisfactory and corresponding to the description except for its dimension: ordered and paid for a round trampoline of 4.60 m in diameter. delivered a trampoline of 4.30 m in diameter. I realized this when measuring it to order a protective cover. Is compensation possible?

The stock shortage was 15 days longer than expected. Too bad...! But the big issue is the delivery: Poor delivery service: 1st delivery without notice => No one to receive it, we asked the delivery person to wait 20 minutes and he left... Difficult to get a second appointment...

Very good quality trampoline. Just a detail regarding the assembly: at step 2B p31 of the manual, be careful to first assemble the W(5) tube on the legs (6) and then start assembling everything on the T-junctions, remove the W(5) tube and finish assembling the legs (5) on the T-junctions. Because the legs have a mounting direction not specified in relation to the W(5) tubes.

The delivery went well: phone contact, competent delivery person, it changes from other brands... The product (Jump up 3.60 m with net) is well packaged, assembly goes well with a bit of concentration. In use, the trampoline is solid and of quality. Purchase of a 430 trampoline, some springs were missing but they were delivered quickly. I then ordered the protective cover which was delivered the day after the order... what more can I say...
