Very good responsiveness and impeccable service

Fast delivery, robust and quality product that inspires confidence. Disappointment with the igloo tent, which apparently cannot be set up at the same time as the safety net (contrary to what some photos on F. Trampoline's blog suggest).

Clear and complete site. The trampoline was shipped very quickly after my transfer, it seems robust, to see after a few years... The delivery by the carrier was a bit problematic (change of company, one day delay, no pallet truck to unload, had to carry the boxes by hand...) In short, for now very good. If, a detail already noted I believe, the instructions do not mention that the legs need to be adjusted in a certain direction to then fit the next piece, and if you fit it tightly, it is very difficult to then turn the leg to position the hole in front of the ratchet of the other piece. The instructions should mention this because apart from that, they are well done.

After a few days of use, the Trampoline Booster 490 proves to be an excellent choice. Used by 4 small children (3 to 6 years) together + sometimes 1 adult, made possible by the large jumping surface. Only 2 difficulties in installation: - difficult assembly of the tubes (fitting level) - some tensioners (attachment fixation level of the lower part to the fabric) of the safety net did not withstand the first use by an adult. We had to replace them with smaller tensioners. No problem since.

Serious material exuding confidence, delivered very quickly, well packaged, with correct explanations. What more could you ask for...

The instruction booklet for assembling the trampoline is poorly translated, not very clear and lacks clearer photos or drawings. Using technical words is good but with a drawing or a photo is better. It would be good to say that at least 2 to 3 or 4 people are necessary to assemble a large trampoline, that you need a ladder to fix the net (one person inside and the other outside). It is forbidden to be on the trampoline with something, I received the net for the children to play football so more than 1 person and with a ball. The booklet specifies no more than one person, I acquired the 460. On the phone, the person specified that 1 adult and 1 child could be together, being careful of course. What are the rules exactly? Are they different depending on the size of the trampoline? Knowing that in winter the trampoline can be used, what do you advise me to protect it well without dismantling the net? Nothing to report, good product

I did not give 5 stars because of the delivery: indeed, the package arrived on time at the STG warehouses but when they called me on Thursday to schedule the delivery, they did not offer me anything before the following Tuesday!!! They are only 20 minutes from my home, so I took my own vehicle to go pick up the package myself, which I was able to retrieve the same day. There you go, I know it's not France Trampoline's fault but I am not satisfied with the delivery. However, everything else is perfect, unbeatable quality and very professional site!!!

Quality product and impeccable service

The trampoline seems very sturdy. Product delivered quickly. A few inaccuracies in the assembly instructions, which made us lose a bit of time... but overall easy to assemble (you need 2 or 3 people).

Fast delivery. One item was missing. After checking with customer service, it was sent to me afterwards.

Good quality trampoline and easy to assemble. Good value for money. As this is the first one I own, I can't compare it with others on the market in terms of quality and finish. Nevertheless, the materials seem solid and once assembled, the trampoline looks "better" than others I have seen. Three small criticisms nonetheless: 1) it is not easily disassembled: it is often very difficult to remove the springs from the metal frame (even with the help of the tool) 2) it is a bit stiff even though the bounce remains powerful. 3) the protective pad should cover a bit more of the metal edge to avoid hitting it after a bad landing (this is from experience). This can be remedied by adding foam tubes around the frame. It is true that we use the trampoline acrobatically even though it is specified not to do so. So apart from the disassembly, the criticisms above are normal given the unforeseen use we make of it. We would have liked a softer bounce, but not less powerful like on Olympic trampolines nonetheless. This may not be possible in this price range.

I ordered by phone from a charming person who did everything to inform me as best as possible and asked me relevant questions to validate the choice I made. After checking with her colleagues, she confirmed a delivery for Monday (order made on Thursday morning). What a surprise it was for my children and me to receive it the very next morning! Assembled in the morning (you still need a mass and a big piece of wood to protect the metal to get the tubes into the circular base, the mallet recommended in the instructions is not enough). Since then, my children, their friends, and even I are daily enthusiasts. I must say that given the age required for this material, we have not yet put up the safety net (more reassuring but less visually pleasant when jumping and visually from the inside as well as the outside. The rain cover option offered is perfect, although one of the elastic hooks gave way on the first day (in my opinion, you should review the quality of these low-end plastic hooks). I am delighted with the service and the material. Posted on Facebook and became a fan of your page.

Very disappointed. The plastic attachments to hold the safety net are of mediocre quality, really a shame. Half of them broke during the first jumps. For this price, they could have made more effort.
