I bought a trampoline from France Trampoline in 2008: Waouuh 390 trampoline pack + ladder + protection net + anchoring kit. The price of the whole made me think for a few weeks.... I ended up calling France Trampoline to ensure the seriousness of the company. Very professional contact, with good advice and at the end of the conversation, the person offered me the protective cover advising me to install it in winter to preserve the trampoline. Purchase confirmation by phone and not even a week later we received the trampoline. First impression: good quality. Assembly: I don't remember.... That at least means I don't have a bad memory of it. Protective cover: very good quality, however very tight in size and difficult to install (as it was a gift, I managed). Last year the cover started to tear, it was its 6th and last winter. I called France Trampoline for the purchase of a new cover and especially to know if I should not take the larger size to make it less difficult to install. Response: do not take the larger size to limit wind catch. I trust and buy. Relatively fast delivery and quality still top. Dimensions: just what is needed. Thank you for the advice. Note: the new protective covers are easier to install with their hook attachment system. Here my trampoline is entering its 7th year and it is in perfect condition. You have to see it to believe it. For information: every winter I remove the protective net, the protective foams from the posts and install the protective cover (it is really essential if you do not want to dismantle the trampoline every winter). In the end, I really do not regret this purchase. You have to spend a certain amount at first, but for a product that after 7 years has not changed, you do not regret the investment. When I see the state of the neighbors' trampolines that have not survived a single summer, I am even more satisfied.... and my three children are too. Keep it up France Trampoline. Thank you.

We are happy with the products and the after-sales service but a bit less with the delivery because the carrier absolutely did not check where we lived (in a dead end in the countryside) and arrived with a huge truck for a simple trampoline.... we had to fight with the driver to deliver to the indicated address with his pallet truck (luckily he had one!) and not at the entrance of the dead end. Better, our neighbor was delivered at the village stadium next door!

The material from France Trampoline is of high quality; the constantly available spare parts are a major asset in the choice of trampoline purchase. The website could be a little more user-friendly (difficulties finding the part among the number displayed; the sections a bit disorganized and the back navigation in the pages disconcerting.
