User-friendly website. Easy to place an order. Fast and compliant delivery. The assembly instructions are unclear on some points, particularly the fittings of the trampoline legs with the integrated springs that are not indicated. The optional fixing kit does not seem very reliable and therefore seems unnecessary. But excellent quality of the trampoline itself.

Quality service: I was contacted by someone before delivery to ensure that I had requested the right product (trampoline mat). Fast shipping. Only negative point: the choice of one or the carrier. Difficult to be there for delivery. Carrier difficult to contact (website only) and does not respect the new requested passage. When the packages are small, it would be nice to be able to choose delivery to a relay point.

Happy with our purchase. I assembled it in 2 hours with a friend (we: weak women :-)) And the nets (aside from the inherent difficulty due to our small size) are also great. The trampoline is of excellent quality and dad uses it with as much energy as the kids without fear. Now let's see how it holds up over time...
