Given the current sanitary situation and the social distancing restrictions that have been enforced recently, we wish to express our solidarity with all medical personnel and the efforts we all need to make to get through this crisis as best as possible.

Our offices are currently closed but we have reorganized France Trampoline’s work routine since the beginning of the week. Our teams continue, while strictly respecting the current safety and sanitary measures, to prepare your orders so that you, you children, and your loved ones may still enjoy the first days of spring and (re)discover the joys of the trampoline!

Our France Trampoline web site remains completely operational anad we will continue to prepare and ship your orders that you have placed on our site (home delivery only).

We remain more than ever at your disposal, and our Customer Service is available for any phone or email enquiries from Monday thru Friday, from 2 to 5 pm.

May I still place an order on France-trampoline.com?

Yes, our site is fully operational, and our Logistics department will prepare your orders and ship them to you. Our teams are doing their utmost to guarantee you the quickest delivery times.


Which carrier should I choose to ensure delivery?

The list of available carriers by country is updated in real time, based on the carrier’s availability at the time the order is placed.


If a product is out of stock, is it re-supplied?

OYes, some of our products are victims of their own success! However, an availability date is indicated in orange on each product sheet. You may also use the ’in-stock’ to display the products that are available


One of my orders placed last week was supposed to be delivered at a Mondial Relay point. What happens now?

Following government annoncements, Mondial Relay ceased its deliveries on Tuesday, March 17th. Your order will be safely stored in one of its logistics warehouses, and you will be delivered once the government ban has been lifted.
