Order compliant and fast delivery.
Fast and complete delivery, easy assembly, excellent quality trampoline!
Easy to use site. Fast delivery. Very efficient. Good product.
Delivery in three days with package in good condition. The manual for assembly could be more explicit. Keep in mind that the customer has probably never assembled a trampoline. The circle is very hard to close. Two well-built guys struggled to do it. Specify right from the start (and not later) to fix the reinforcement bars exactly 30 cm or why not put marks on the bars. This would avoid having to mess around with a tape measure after having placed them +- at mid-height. The assembly of the safety net bars is not easy (height of fixing, pushing the foam up without displacing the upper bar while keeping the sleeve in the plastic cap...) The hook of the clamp is very useful, to tighten the bars a plumber's clamp is necessary. Once assembled, it is only pleasure for my six-year-old boy and his parents. The size of the surface is comfortable and the structure seems solid. Let's see in two years.
Dear Sir or Madam, we understand your situation and ask you to accept our apologies for this assembly problem. Assembling a trampoline with a net generally takes 1 to 1.5 hours. However, sometimes certain parts take longer than others (the net's arch, for example). We sincerely thank you for detailing your situation to us. We take your comments very seriously in order to improve the assembly instructions and provide more specific techniques to save time and increase efficiency. We remain at your complete disposal. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Carefully packaged product, solid and meets my expectations. Delivery within the expected time. Well explained assembly. All good, thank you.
Clear site, contacted staff by phone available and good advice, packages delivered wrapped on a pallet... Nothing to complain about.
Very easy to use site, a lot of information available; possibility to contact them by phone easily.
Reliable site, product that seems to be of good quality, easy to install. Only the instructions for assembling the ladder leave a bit to be desired
Product of very good quality. Regarding the delivery, not completely satisfied with not having a reduced time slot. This requires a lot of availability
Very good!
Good quality product easy to assemble thanks to the detailed descriptions. delivery speed well within the time frame. my daughters can't stop jumping on it. it's so far a good purchase.
assembly quite simple for quick use and guaranteed sensation
the delivery was done very quickly for the assembly by following point by point the explanations there is no problem and for the rest just look at the children's faces to see their happiness since Christmas, they play on it almost every day we put it in a shed so that even this winter they can use it. a big thank you
Very efficient and competent!
Excellent order tracking, very good quality of the material
perfect! package delivered on time, notified by the carrier, package in good condition, nothing to complain about
Simply PERFECT. Delivery within 3 days, trampoline of excellent quality and impeccable safety level. Great for our 3-year-old daughter
order service shipping very well assembly explanation good except the top of the net is missing a rod and comes undone easily
We are satisfied but perhaps it would be interesting to consider anchoring the trampoline to the ground for our region which is very windy.
Very good material, quite simple to assemble, even if the diagrams could be better illustrated, especially regarding the direction of the legs...
I am very satisfied with 'France Trampoline', the delivery was very fast, the package very well protected, which is not the case for all, as for the trampoline purchased it is really of very good quality, it is true that we pay the price, but at least we are sure that it will last a very long time. In short, I recommend it to everyone who really wants quality 'France Trampoline'.
Delivery time respected, assembly clearly explained, the kids are having a blast...thank you Santa Claus!
Fast delivery, the trampoline will wait for spring to be assembled.
Service performed without any problem.
The items are well organized. The instructions are clear and the assembly times are accurate.
Very satisfied because France Trampoline called before shipping to ensure that I did not make a mistake about the dimensions of my order.
delivery within 3 days after the order, so very fast, only downside, I was informed of the delivery on the same day.
fast delivery
T good
I shouldn't have been able to make a mistake in choosing the purchased model. The site is a bit cluttered. But the speed of the delivery service is superb.
We just installed the trampoline and we are delighted with the result. It is really great!!!
Quality and fast service.
Excellent services, nothing to complain about. We ordered shortly before Christmas and were delivered on time. The product was in good condition in boxes, it was easy to assemble. Our children thank you every day since. Mrs. Fil
Super product! Super service! Ultra-fast delivery...
The product perfectly meets my expectations. The delivery times were perfectly respected. It is a pity, however, that the offer I subscribed to did not allow me to clearly understand that a protective cover was not only available but probably necessary for outdoor use. I could only realize this after delivery, to discover that the said cover could be delivered to me at the price of 75€ + ... 88€ for shipping!
Hello Sir, we thank you for taking the time to detail your situation. Indeed, our packs only include trampolines with net and ladder. As for the cover, it is offered on our Accessories page. We take your opinion into great consideration and will do what is necessary to highlight the protective cover on our site. Regarding the shipping costs of 88€, it is indeed a very high price but we cannot do otherwise for deliveries made to Corsica. We thank you for your understanding and ask you to accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this situation. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Package delivered on time and in good condition. Material visibly robust with good protections, which is important for the safety of our dear little blonde heads (even if they are not blonde, by the way).
Very satisfying :)
Very good service, fast delivery time. Nothing to complain about.
Very good service. Only remark: we had indicated delivery days as requested and the delivery took place on another day when we were not at home.
Great efficiency and responsiveness from France Trampoline, the package arrived a few days after the order even though it was the Christmas period. I just regret not having taken the unpacking and installation option because a trampoline remains a game requiring strength and agility for assembly.
Excellent service
Good manufacturing quality, a difficulty encountered in placing the plastic elements that hold the upper part of the net, they do not stay together!
Very responsive sales team when asking a question before purchase. Order delivered quickly within the expected time frame, as indicated on the site. Unfortunately for me, the delivery person came at 8:30 am while the appointment was from 10:30 am (thankfully I was there). Super product quality, very happy with this purchase, I recommend 100%. Thank you France Trampoline, our children had a blast this afternoon.
Efficient order service and fast delivery.
We are very satisfied with the quality of our trampoline. The delivery was ultra-fast, and the contact with the sales service was exemplary.

Very good advice from the technician by phone. Everything is done for a quick delivery.
Fast service, well organized and follow-up. Well-designed item, easy to assemble. Good jumps.
Excellent telephone information. Speed of order processing equally excellent. We did not know such good delivery follow-up. Nothing to complain about.
