professional contact, quick shipping, however the offered football net is not useful as it is too stuck against the net, the attachment system at the top of the net with the Velcro should have been reinforced from the start with a "D" system as it did not hold, otherwise good trampoline but still a shame for these imperfections
quick service. quality material. perfect
Very good product, easy to assemble and robust. Good service also on the order/delivery
The delivery was very fast after a phone contact to verify the measurements.
The holes on the frame should be deburred to allow easier spring attachment. Easy assembly with two people. Fixing kit unusable, the stakes sink 10 cm and the auger lifts the soil! I used formwork clamps, excellent! To be seen in use.
Accessory order of very good quality, order taken into account very quickly, delivery time respected
Nothing to say but positive about the jump up 300 trampoline. Very good quality trampoline, fast and hassle-free delivery, top advice/trampoline size. Thank you France trampoline;)
Perfect! Very appreciated telephone service and good advice. Ultra-fast delivery and no assembly problems. The quality seems to be there. We took a 3m jump and we have good sensations, adults included. The kids are more than happy! Thank you
We are very happy with our trampoline, the kids are thrilled, maybe just one small criticism, there are some rubber feet missing to cushion the shock when the kids are inside.
Very good material, careful finishes and fast delivery
The trampoline was delivered without any issues, I am disappointed to have to pay the shipping costs (19 euros) for the cover that I forgot to order when I ordered the trampoline, regards
Easy to order, quick order tracking, out of stock for the chosen trampoline and immediately called back to offer the larger trampoline at an interesting price. Very fast delivery as well. Nothing to say.
Too bad the site is not always well organized, everything else is perfect, best regards
Company with very good commercial/customer service. France trampoline did not hesitate to make me a very commercial offer following an error on their part. During a follow-up that spans several calls, it is very appreciated to always be able to be quickly and easily connected with the same contact person. The product I ordered seems to be of good quality. Company to recommend.
Very good service
Very fast and complete. Good quality and easy to assemble
Very good advice
Apart from the unavailability in July-August of spare parts (the tube caps diameter 25), well-designed website, easy ordering, fast delivery, quality product, nothing to say, it's good
Fast and very satisfactory item for the price charged!!! And it's made in France, which is great!!!
Real customer service, very good quality trampoline, delivery time respected: perfect!!
Fast delivery and without issues.
The product seems to be of very good quality. We will see in use. The service was exceptional (pleasant and professional phone contact, no delay from the carrier). It takes about 2.5 hours to assemble with 3 people, but the site informs us about this. For now, we are completely satisfied and warmly recommend this site and their products!
I highly recommend! Trampolines are much more reliable than most found in sports or toy stores and at the same price! Quality of delivery and impeccable telephone services.
Fast delivery. Assembly a bit long. Compliant with our expectations.
We bought a trampoline 7 or 8 years ago, the seriousness of France Trampoline allowed us to just replace the jumping mat, torn from wear. Service is perfect, the follow-up of the trampoline is therefore ensured. The quality is impeccable.
Delivery time perfectly respected. Perfect package, perfect material, easy assembly, product seems to be completely in accordance with what is stated on the site
Fast order, fast shipping, fast delivery, fast assembly... in short, I am very happy!
Impeccable customer service. No unpleasant surprises regarding the product and delivery. France trampoline is serious business.
Clear order, delivery within the expected time, satisfactory solution for the encountered problem (item no longer in stock)
Very good, both for delivery and for ordering. Now let's see if the material is as efficient and resistant as described in the technical sheet!
excellent product, fast delivery
very good product at first glance, we will see over time. for now only happiness for my daughter and the whole family.
An excellent quality-price ratio for the happiness of the children. Friendly and available after-sales service.
We did not choose FRANCE TRAMPOLINE by chance, some find quality material at very reasonable prices and equipped with an efficient and lasting after-sales service. Delivery times are extraordinarily short and therefore very attractive (online order on Saturday afternoon and receipt of the order the following Tuesday morning).
No issues, product delivered quickly and matching the description on the site.
FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY TO ASSEMBLY OF THE TRAMPOLINE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, we will see in the long term the condition of the product but I think it is really good merchandise!!!!! and the phone reception is very good as well.
ne rien changer
Thank you for the advice given, the speed of response and delivery of the ordered tarp, and congratulations because it is very rare today not to have to go through multiple steps before getting a satisfactory response.
Out of stock on one of the ordered products was immediately managed by an operator who replaced the product with a larger one... and for the same price!!!! We appreciated it! Fast and friendly delivery.. Good quality product, the children love it!!!!
Fast professional, only downside the transport was not very friendly during delivery.
Satisfactory service, despite a supply problem.
Very good service. Very happy. To recommend.
Very good quality. Fast delivery.
Good material, attractive prices.
Quality material, in accordance with what is described on the site. Delivery time respected.
Top collaboration. Very fast delivery. Easy to assemble!
Fast delivery, good quality of the trampoline.
I appreciated the advice from the site and the phone call for verification before confirming the order. The product was therefore perfect.
Trampoline received in less than a week of very good quality, easy to assemble. The children are thrilled.
Product of very poor quality and very fast delivery.
