Good customer service. Package delivered within the expected time and very well packaged.
Delivery on time as proposed; It's perfect.
ras
very satisfied, - a French product - the advice for our order - phone call to confirm the order with recommendations and advice that we had already followed during our order - phone call before delivery - speed of delivery this reinforced our confidence during our first order
Initially, the chosen material was declared 'in stock', but in fact, it was no longer available! So it would be possible to better manage the online offer. Fortunately, a replacement solution was proposed to me with a commercial gesture, all with great responsiveness.
I intend to call you soon because the vertical zipper of the trampoline's protective net is broken (out of its place) after a month of vacation! It is essential to be able to close it.
Very good phone reception. Quick receipt after ordering. Nice material. Thank you
The current ordering process is simple and easy to use. It allows for quick ordering without multiple questions and back and forth on the pages. Even easier to order the second time.
Perfect, excellent customer service, very fast shipping ....
Satisfied with customer support, and I would use your services for my future orders
Everything is perfect
During assembly, there were some inaccuracies (assembly of the ladder and positioning of the net).
Improve the assembly instructions which lack explanation, small details that waste a lot of time...
Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Very good quality product.
Very well-designed site. Very clear videos especially for safety instructions and assembly tutorial.
Friendly and efficient customer service. Appreciated explanations on the site. Fast delivery (ordered Monday morning delivered Wednesday). Simple and quick assembly: about 2.5 hours with two adults. No screws and tools provided. A bit of muscle is needed for the springs! The products seem to be of good quality (to be confirmed over time of course!) I am delighted with my purchase and do not regret it at all! My daughters are thrilled and jumping for joy!
Good quality product. Very good phone contact. Speed.
Trampoline meets our expectations, very good package, easy assembly. Happy children thanks to France trampoline!
Regarding the ordering process, we do not know the day of delivery or redelivery except for a phone call 1 hour before, so for me, that is not sufficient; other than that, I see nothing else.
No comments; delivery perfectly met our expectations...
It would have been very nice to add one or two spare parts, I am particularly thinking of the plastic clamps/hooks used to attach the net...
The ordering process is very well done, the delivery is equally satisfactory. Customer support is good too but lacks speed in resolving material issues. Nevertheless, I would gladly use your services again.
Product and service of great quality! Pure happiness
Excellent service. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday. They found solutions regarding the stock shortage.
Nothing to report.
Very committed salesperson, very fast shipping, quality (probably....?) good!!!! To recommend!!!
Quick after-sales service.
Website to recommend. Orders are taken into account and deliveries are fast.
DIFFICULT ASSEMBLY.
Good quality trampoline allowing for great jumps even for adults. The first assembly of the structure is not easy, even with the clamp, it is better to have a good clamp. The jumping mat is easy to assemble, just make sure to properly locate the first 8 springs.
Advised by phone, good... fast delivery, no problem.
Fast delivery. Easy assembly.
Good evening, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The assembly was very easy. My little girl never gets tired of using it and she plans to sleep under the tent very soon. However, she mentioned that a roof would be very practical. This will certainly be the next order. In any case, it’s nothing but happiness!!
Quality product, fast delivery, nothing to complain about....
Nothing to report.
I am satisfied with the procedure and the respect of commitments during the order (secure payment, delivery times by a carrier), but I do not know if I will place another order with France trampoline; we do not buy a trampoline 'every year.' However, I noted that you also sell spare parts.
Delivery quite fast, being informed about the delivery is practical.
A high-quality product that matches the description perfectly. The manual could perhaps be more explicit, even if the assembly is not insurmountable as long as it is done by two people. Fast delivery. Product to recommend.
Good phone reception, good advice. Very well-made website.
Perfect!
Hello, I was just disappointed to have to contact you again to know if you received the check; the response regarding the delivery time gave me the feeling of a non-priority order since it was paid by check. I will certainly continue to order from you for the maintenance of my trampoline, but I cannot afford to invest in anything else, even if your products seem very nice, thank you again.
Not much to say!
HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT WITH FAST DELIVERY, SMALL DISAPPOINTMENT REGARDING A PROTECTIVE COVER FOR TRAMPOLINES WITH NET NOT VERY SUITABLE.
Very happy, meets our expectations.
Very good after-sales service.
Nothing to report regarding me
Fast and compliant delivery.
I ordered from France Trampoline after many searches to find a quality product (able to support the intensive use of 4 children...) and I am really delighted with my choice. Top quality product, nothing to compare with what you find in well-known sports stores... The assembly instructions are very clear, however, plan to be several for the assembly as it requires some strength, especially to stretch the mat and for the assembly of the net. But the result is worth it, it is really a solid product and very well finished. Exactly what I was looking for! My children are having a blast on their trampoline, for a long time I think. Fast delivery, advisors available by phone to help with assembly, very good value for money. I highly recommend this very professional site.
Our package was delivered on time, complete. Just a small last-minute problem with the delivery person due to an IT issue that was resolved easily.
