The trampoline seems to be of excellent quality: it's perfect. Assembling the structure is not easy and quite tedious.
Nothing particular to say.
Quality material, easy to assemble but it's better to have at least two people, especially for the safety net. The complete assembly takes about two hours with three people. Everything seems solid and secure. However, the extra product that was offered was missing, too bad but maybe it will arrive later?
Hello, we checked with our logistics partner and the offered accessory was indeed shipped with your trampoline. We invite you to contact us by phone at 0556360462 or by email at contact@france-trampoline.com so that we can discuss your situation. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
Delivery delay.
Good.
Hello, I have received my trampoline, fast shipping, just need to assemble it! Living in a very windy area, I also ordered the anchoring kit. Our 4-year-old son is eager to try it out along with the tent ordered with it! Model: jumper 4.30 m with net, thank you for your seriousness.
IMPECCABLE DELIVERY AND MATERIAL.
We are delighted with our purchase, our children even more, trampoline of great quality and very stable even with an adult on it (model Apollo Sport Junior), fast delivery, site to recommend with closed eyes.
Product conforms and apparently of good quality. For the rest, we will see in use. The children are very happy.
Delivery as per schedule, package arrived in perfect condition. Material meets our expectations: the trampoline seems to be of quality. Quite easy to assemble. The children are thrilled.
Quality material. Possibility to order additional accessories (protective cover). Good value for money.
Fast delivery, easy to assemble.
The deadline was respected. The product is of good quality. I was recommended your site and I will recommend it in turn.
Large trampoline perfect for large families and already experienced children. Product of very good value for money, delivered within 72 hours. Definitely recommend.
Order was very well handled within the specified deadlines on the site. Some apprehension about the assembly but the trampoline manual is well explained and accessible to everyone. The safety net is highly appreciated: fixed high by a solid structure and the door is covered by a system of 2 flaps of the net.
Very good quality.
Fast, quality material.
Fast delivery in a few days. Solid and reliable product. Very good value for money. Assembly a bit difficult but the product is worth it. Our child is delighted and safe!
Fast. Good quality.
Excellent product, fast delivery.
The service was good despite the product being out of stock.
Hello, I am very satisfied with the quality of the Jump'up trampoline I chose. The purchase and delivery went well and the people I was able to contact for the latter were very friendly. I still have a criticism to make about the quality of the assembly manual, it is not up to the level of the product. I searched the site to see if a manual was online but I found nothing. Example: no indication on the assembly direction of the safety net, the opening to enter the trampoline must have the Velcro inside and the hooks outside, I realized this at the end and of course it was upside down. The detail of assembling the cover on the safety net posts was missing. In one image, the cover is seen inside the upper hook but by following the assembly diagram, it is found outside.
Article available earlier than expected, assembly without problems, excellent value for money.
Fast delivery in accordance with the order. The trampoline installed at the end of June has been used every day in July and August by both children and adults. A super product.
Good value for money and very fast delivery.
very good service and speed
fast delivery. Good phone advice
I am very satisfied with your service, the quality of the product, the speed of shipping and delivery, you are a serious company and I was right to trust you! Thank you very much!!
Quick service and quality product.
very serious establishment. Delivery beyond expectations
everything went well quick efficient well done! thank you
easy to assemble, beautiful aesthetic object, a source of pleasure for the whole family... perfect
satisfaction for the products received, for the delivery time and for the ease of assembly. Two small criticisms on the support posts of the safety net: the coverings of the posts are not waterproof (these coverings will remain damp, become dirty and oxidize the posts) and the plastic hooks of the net are difficult to engage around the top of the net and the stiffening rod.
I TRIED THE TRAMPOLINE SUPER. I HAD PAIN FOR THREE DAYS IN MY LEGS AND BACK. FOR THE ABS WOMEN GO FOR IT. MY CHILDREN HAVE NOT TRIED IT YET BECAUSE THEY WENT TO GRANDMA'S I THINK THEY WILL BE DELIGHTED. I EVEN HAVE A 70-YEAR-OLD NEIGHBOR WHO TRIED IT. THERE IS JUST THE LADDER THAT IS TOO STEEP WE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER SYSTEM.
the trampoline is superb and of very good quality, nothing to complain about regarding delivery times
Good communication, easy installation thanks to the user manual
very good quality trampoline very easy to assemble fairly quick delivery communication with after-sales service pleasant I recommend I think if in a few years I buy a bigger one it will be here thank you
Excellent service. Excellent quality (Booster trampoline 4m90).

I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE FROM FRANCE TRAMPOLINE, I AM LESS SO WITH MY PURCHASE
Delivery times more than perfect! But a bit expensive as a result... Beautiful quality of the reserved product.
nothing to say it's very good
Good material; very attentive sales team who goes out of their way to resolve a transport issue independent of their doing.
No problem. The advantage lies in having a contact person available by phone, who will call you back if they are not available.
Trampoline and delivery met my expectations!
very explicit notice and very good quality material
Purchase in March 2012... Today at the end of August 2012... and after long sessions ... the product remains in very good condition despite the various and multiple uses by the children.... I think I will take it apart for the winter.... but otherwise the net and the jumping mat hold up well. Just a note... now the springs are starting to make noise... I think playing on it with the water jet might be the cause. A good product that I recommend.
The service provided was as expected.
timely delivery ease of assembly good material (good quality)
